First Confession – 26th February 2026

Today, 26th February 2026, our Second Class pupils celebrated a very special milestone as they made their First Confession. It was a meaningful and reflective occasion for the children as they continue their journey towards their First Holy Communion.

We were delighted and very grateful that Fr Peter made time in his schedule to come and celebrate this sacrament with us. As this was his final visit to our school, we wanted to mark the occasion in a memorable way. The children presented him with a football, signed with the names of our 2026 Communion Class, so he can remember the many happy times spent playing football with us in the school yard.

To show our appreciation, the children formed a special guard of honour and gave Fr Peter a heartfelt round of applause as he left the school building. It was a lovely way to say thank you for his time, kindness and all the wonderful memories he has created with our school community.

We thank Fr Peter sincerely and keep him in our prayers as he begins his next chapter.
