St. Brigid's Crosses to make a Difference

5th and 6th class worked hard on making St. Brigid's Crosses for Sister Mary Courtney. The crosses were sold at the end of Saturday and Sunday Mass in St. Dympna's Church, Lavey on the 27th and 28th of January 2019. People gave in donations for the crosses and raised 290 Euro for Sister Mary Courtney For the poor in Zambia. Nancy Smith recieved the cheque on behalf of Sr Mary Courtney who was very greatful and thankful for the donation.
